Position Overview

We’re seeking a Channel Marketing Content Manager to lead the creation of compelling, go-to-market content tailored for our distributor and reseller ecosystem. This role involves bridging product, marketing, and channel sales teams—translating product features into value-driven messaging that resonates with partners and boosts their sales capabilities.

Ideal Candidate

This position suits someone passionate about transforming complex product details into impactful content that enhances awareness, demand, and partner enablement across global channel networks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and own the channel messaging strategy for distributors, VARs, and resellers based on product positioning, partner needs, and market trends.
  2. Create and manage partner-facing content, including:
    1. Distributor sales enablement materials
    2. Channel playbooks and product guides
    3. Battlecards, competitive positioning, and objection handling
    4. Email templates and copy for partner marketing
  3. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Channel Sales, and Regional Marketing to ensure alignment across launches and initiatives.
  4. Tailor messaging for different partner personas (e.g., sales, technical, marketing roles).
  5. Work with the global marketing team to scale messaging across regions and languages.
  6. Monitor usage and performance of partner content and optimize for effectiveness.
  7. Stay current on market trends, partner business models, and competitive landscapes.
Qualifications
  1. 10+ years in product marketing, content marketing, or channel marketing—with a focus on distributor and reseller engagement.
  2. Proven ability to craft clear, engaging, and actionable content for B2B technology audiences.
  3. Experience supporting global channel programs or working with 2-tier partner ecosystems.
  4. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; adept at managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  5. Experience with project management, creative briefs, and localization workflows.
  6. Cybersecurity or enterprise software industry experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The total target compensation (TTC) ranges from $125,904 to $208,760 USD annually, including base salary and variable pay. Compensation offers depend on experience, skills, performance, and internal equity.
