About SuperBam:
SuperBam is a leading content monetization company that helps creators and media publishers identify and program their content across digital platforms through our best-in-class digital rights management and audience development services.

We are seeking a Channel Manager to oversee and enhance video content for top content creators across various platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This role is crucial for developing and executing social strategies that align with our clients’ goals and SuperBam’s mission of empowering creators to Amplify their reach across all social platforms. This role will report directly to the Head of Amplify.

This is a remote work from home position but candidates must be based in CA or NY.

Responsibilities:

Week to week - fluctuates based on business needs:

• Content Optimization: Upload and optimize video content across multiple platforms for our clients.
• Strategy Development: Watch content from all of our clients while creating packaging strategies and paper edits for clips scheduled for posting
• Thumbnail Creation: Write post copy and create engaging thumbnails for video content
• Client Interaction: Communicating with team members and clients both on Slack and email maintaining professionalism and respecting our partnership
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyzing performance, while also constantly reviewing channels and pages to determine successful new trends/patterns to further drive success on each platform.
• Project Management: Meeting deadlines, keeping track of edits, social calendars, planning and updating content editing and distribution strategy per client and other workflows in Monday.com
• Constantly Learning: Always hungry to learn, seeking new information around the latest social trends, platform updates and timely topics of conversation.

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years experience in social media content & strategy
• Demonstrable experience as a Channel Manager on YouTube, Meta Business Suite and other social platforms.
• Conceptualizing creative video packaging (editing, metadata and design)
• Strong understanding of algorithms, SEO, and audience growth strategies
• Basic skills and knowledge of post production workflows, including editing videos in Adobe Premiere and creating dynamic thumbnails within Photoshop.
• Strong communication skills to execute plans cross-department as well as represent SuperBam positively on external calls and client meetings.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams both internally and externally
• Creative visionary with a strong editorial and strategic mindset

Location: CA/NY

Bonus:

• Managing accounts on X, Tiktok.
• Experience in Monday.com or other project management software, a plus.

Rate: $35/hour, 40 hours per week
