The role drives growth through the distribution channel and leads marketing initiatives to support revenue goals. You will collaborate across sales, product management, engineering, operations, and leadership to align channel strategy, marketing activities, and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Must be able to grow channel sales and achieve targets
• Experience enabling partner success and distributor management
• Strong marketing planning and campaign execution ability
• Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and trade show/event planning
• Analytical with CRM and market insights capabilities
• Cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, engineering, operations, and leadership

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through distributors and channel partners; drive channel performance and margin targets
• Recruit, onboard, and support distributors; conduct business reviews and monitor coverage
• Provide product, sales, and marketing training; develop tools and partner programs
• Develop and administer pricing, rebates, MDF, promotions and incentives; monitor profitability
• Coordinate with distributors and operations on inventory and demand planning
• Develop and manage annual marketing plan and budget; execute campaigns and product launches
• Oversee brand, messaging, advertising, PR, social media, and sales collateral
• Manage SSI's website, listings, SEO, and marketing analytics
• Plan and execute trade shows, distributor events, and industry association activities
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and channel opportunities; represent feedback to product teams
• Forecast and report sales using CRM data and dashboards (CRM familiarity is assumed)
