Job summary

ESAB Corporation in Denton, Texas, is seeking a Distribution Associate to manage inventory, coordinate ship­ments, and support internal teams and external vendors. The role involves loading LTL trucks, billing documents, operating forklifts, and ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.

The position requires strong English communication, a high school diploma or equivalent, and forklift/RF gun experience being preferred. Overtime may be required and compliance with FDA/UL/ISO standards is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required (reading, speaking, writing).
• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Knowledge and experience with RF guns preferred.
• Heavy order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load LTL trucks
• Processing of documents and ship confirmations (i.e.: packing slips)
• Move materials with multiple forklifts (reach truck, order picker, electric pallet jack, dock stocker)
• Pulling and packing of customer orders
• Banding pallets
• Processing bill of lading
• Consolidation of PID’s
• Picking and shipping
• HAZMAT
• Troubleshoot HAZMAT issues
• Utilizing product knowledge to correctly fulfill orders, escalating issues as needed
• Work efficiently to attain goals
• Follow regulatory agency (FDA, UL or ISO) standards or policies
• Other duties as assigned
