You will work at the intersection of digital commerce, AI, analytics, sales, and marketing to optimize the online customer journey and accelerate growth across HP's channel ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization capabilities are expected.
• Experience with PowerPoint and presentation development.
• Ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for ecommerce, digital journey, and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze online sales, traffic, digital shelf, search, and customer experience data across key channel partners.
• Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
• Develop actionable recommendations that support business growth and partner success.
• Track and monitor KPIs, scorecards, and business performance metrics.
• Transform complex data into clear and compelling presentations.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards, reports, and insights summaries.
• Communicate findings through concise business narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Explore and apply AI tools to improve reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency.
• Automate recurring reports, data collection processes, and team workflows.
• Support development of AI-powered insights, digital shelf monitoring, and online visibility initiatives.
