RightCrowd- Channel Business Development Representative

Comp- $75,000 Base Salary / $25,000 Variable Commission against Performance MBO’s

US Based, Remote/ WFH

THE COMPANY-

RightCrowd is a dynamic and rapidly expanding company in the Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM) industry, focused on providing cutting-edge solutions to enhance security and streamline access control processes for a diverse range of clients. As we continue to grow and expand our presence in the market utilizing strategic resellers, system integrators and technology partners, we are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team.

The BDR will play a critical role in generating new, channel and partner-based business opportunities and sales funnel growth through outbound outreach and follow up of Go To market strategy with key partners and end-user contacts. This is an individual contributor role focused on qualifying contacts and leads and initiating the sales process with defined partners and enterprise prospects. The BDR will report to the Global Director of Channel Partnerships

Duties & Responsibilities-

  • Call into designed partner contacts, regions and offices to cultivate business opportunities
  • Call/email follow on business development from partner cooperative marketing campaigns and events
  • Initiate communication and collaboration between partner field sales and RightCrowd field sales
  • Identify and communicate needed partner technical, marketing and sales tools
  • Update HubSpot (RightCrowd CRM) with daily BDR activity
  • Meet regularly with manager and supporting leadership to review KPI’s and MBO’s
  • Attend regularly scheduled sales, marketing and technical meetings and trainings
  • Clearly articulate RightCrowd’s value proposition

Requirements-

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales development, or lead generation (preferably in B2B SaaS or physical security/identity management industry)
  • Track record of success in cold outreach and lead qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident and persuasive in verbal and written communication
  • Resilient and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to grow in sales
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Prior experience working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
