Oak View Group is seeking a reliable Changeover Crew member for the Clovis Civic Center in Clovis, NM. The role focuses on transitioning venues between events, including setup and teardown of flooring, seating, and staging.
Physical labor and lifting are required, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. As part of a dynamic operations team, you'll perform maintenance tasks, assist with cleaning, and respond to promoter needs under the onsite manager.

Member of the operations Changeover Crew report directly to the Opeartions Coordinator. The position is primarily responsible for the changeover in the Clovis Civic Center from one event to another. Additionally, a member of the Changeover Crew may be involved in other aspects of building maintenance to include painting, trash disposal, exterior facility care, snow removal, furniture moving, etc. This responsibility requires physical labor and heavy lifting and therefore has lifting requirements. The Changeover Crew is a vital component of the venue in responding to the needs of promoters and clients. Maintaining a positive attitude and a positive appearance are essential.
This role pays an hourly rate of $12.00
This position will remain open until November 6, 2026.
The Clovis Civic Center is in Clovis, New Mexico. Our 35,000-square-foot space includes a ballroom, meeting rooms, and a plaza. We specialize in banquets and meetings.
