Job summary

Korn Ferry seeks an AI Adoption & Change Management Consultant to drive people-focused transformation, bridging AI initiatives with employee adoption. You will lead communications, enablement programs, and readiness efforts across a matrixed organization, ensuring successful AI value realization through structured change management.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, Communications, Organizational Effectiveness, or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading large-scale change initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience supporting AI, digital transformation, automation, or technology adoption programs from a people and process perspective.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence executives and leaders across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support enterprise AI adoption initiatives.
  • Create audience-specific adoption plans for executives, senior leaders, managers, and individual contributors.
  • Design and deliver communications that clearly articulate AI-related changes, expectations, benefits, and organizational impacts.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify workflow changes and define new ways of working enabled by AI.
  • Build and maintain AI adoption resources, knowledge repositories, playbooks, and enablement materials.
  • Develop training and learning programs that increase employee confidence and proficiency with AI tools.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and leadership discussions focused on AI adoption and organizational readiness.
  • Assess adoption risks, employee sentiment, and organizational barriers; develop mitigation strategies to drive engagement.
  • Establish adoption metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure effectiveness and continuously improve change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with transformation, operations, and business leaders to align AI adoption efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Support the creation of executive presentations, business cases, and reporting materials for senior leadership audiences.

AI Adoption & Change Management Consultant
Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Adoption & Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale organizational transformation focused on accelerating the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working. This role is ideal for a change management professional who can bridge the gap between AI initiatives and employee adoption by driving communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and organizational readiness efforts.

The consultant will partner with business leaders across a complex, highly matrixed organization to help employees understand how AI should be incorporated into their day-to-day work, what behavioral changes are expected, and how the organization can maximize the value of AI investments. This individual will not be responsible for AI solution design, engineering, or technical implementation. Instead, they will focus on the people side of transformation, ensuring successful adoption through clear communication, effective enablement programs, and structured change management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building business cases for AI adoption and communicating value realization opportunities to leadership teams.
  • Background in management consulting, including experience with firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, BCG, Bain, McKinsey, or similar organizations.
  • Experience developing enterprise-wide enablement and training programs.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and generative AI tools sufficient to credibly discuss use cases, adoption approaches, and workforce impacts.
  • Certification in Change Management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, CCMP, or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting large-scale workforce transformation initiatives.
