Location: Provo, UT (Remote)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Status: Remote

Seeking an experiencedChange Manager for a 12-month engagement supporting our M&A integrationactivities.
The activities the role would complete would be completing stakeholder andimpact analyses, building change strategies, building communication plans andcontent, facilitating change agent meetings, managing stakeholder feedbackloops, and building training content for new processes and tools. Theconsultant will also prepare readiness and adoption risk reports for executivesand steering committees.
Ideal Candidate:

• Strong change management professional with experiencedriving user adoption, communications, training, and organizationalreadiness for technology and process transformation initiatives.

Team:

• IT Strategy & Delivery / Integration ManagementOffice, supporting enterprise change management initiatives.

Key Projects:

• International payroll transformation (12+ months)
• Customer service transformation, migrating fromhomegrown tools to ServiceNow
• Process mapping, communications, training, stakeholderengagement, and adoption activities

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience (5+ years preferred) in ChangeManagement. preferably in integrations or M&A, plus strong writing andfacilitation skills.
• Experience supporting technology implementations andbusiness transformations
• ServiceNow experience preferred
• SaaS/technology industry experience preferred but notrequired
• Large enterprise transformation experience is a plus

Certifications(Preferred):

• Prosci
• CCMP.

A reasonable, goodfaith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $70/hr. to $73/hr.
