Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced strategy and transformation consultant to support FDA initiatives in budget, acquisition, and transformation programs. The role requires direct interaction with executive leadership and hands-on project management across multiple workstreams.

You will lead planning, staffing, and delivery quality, mentor junior staff, and translate business needs into actionable solutions, including IT-enabled modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for federal work.
• 10+ years of experience supporting federal clients.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
• On-site three days per week at FDA White Oak Campus, MD.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility FDA projects across budget, acquisition, and transformation.
• Engage executive leadership to shape strategy and deliver executive materials.
• Oversee delivery quality, planning, risk management, and staffing across workstreams.
• Mentor staff and ensure consistency in delivery.
• Translate business needs into actionable IT and modernization plans.
