Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Strategy & Transformation Consultant to support FDA initiatives, leading complex projects across finance, acquisition, and operations. You will interact with executive leadership and own delivery quality for client-ready work.

You will mentor junior staff, manage staffing across multiple workstreams, and translate data into executive briefings, dashboards, and decision materials. On-site presence required 3 days/week at FDA White Oak Campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience developing executive-level communications (briefings, presentations, decision materials).
• Proven ability to manage multiple project teams and staffing allocations weekly.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility projects supporting FDA priorities (budget, acquisition, transformation).
• Engage with executive leadership and translate data into actionable insights.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee delivery quality across workstreams.
