Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Change Management & Training lead to support FDA initiatives in Rockville, MD. You will drive week-to-week delivery across change management, training, communications, and implementation activities, coordinating with leadership, program offices, and end users.

You will manage plans, risks, and dependencies, and translate business needs into actionable plans, working in an agile environment with Jira and PowerPoint proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of professional experience supporting federal clients.
• Experience developing client-ready communications, briefings, and presentations.
• Experience managing multiple project teams and staffing across workstreams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to FDA leadership, program offices, and client stakeholders on change management, training, operational readiness, and system implementation priorities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across FDA leadership, program offices, business owners, end users, and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate client-facing executive meetings, working sessions, stakeholder discussions, training sessions, and leadership briefings.
• Lead week-to-week client delivery activities for change management and training workstreams, including planning, coordination, execution tracking, risk management, and alignment with implementation priorities.
• Provide hands-on project management oversight by managing client-facing plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and weekly task progress across change management, training, communications, and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, technical teams, workstream leads, and functional areas to manage dependencies, resolve issues, and keep implementation activities moving forward.
• Support IT-enabled initiatives and system implementations by ramping up quickly on new concepts and translating client needs into actionable change and training plans.
• Work within agile delivery environments, supporting planning routines, backlog visibility, task tracking, client updates, and implementation coordination using Jira.
• Plan, develop, and deliver virtual and in-person instructor-led training for diverse audiences.
• Draft client-ready communications, training content, job aids, briefings, and other materials for complex system changes.
• Translate complex data and system changes into actionable insights and clear recommendations for leadership.
• Own client deliverable quality by identifying and correcting errors and ensuring accuracy.
• Apply graphic design principles to produce high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and oversee junior staff, reinforcing accountability and delivery quality.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused environment and identify opportunities to streamline operations.
