Position Summary

The Change Management Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing change management plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance for organizational transformations across people, processes, and technology. Come prepared to enable change adoption by executing change management plans, engaging with key stakeholders, preparing end users for go-live, and ensuring long-term sustainment.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute change management plans with guidance from the Senior Change Manager.
2. Partner with Enterprise Digital, Business, and IT stakeholders to conduct change impact assessments and assess organizational change risks.
3. Create and execute tailored communication plans for different stakeholder groups impacted by the change.
4. Partner with subject matter experts to develop training content and materials.
5. Develop and execute project-related communication such as emails, newsletters, videos, presentations, and leader talking points.
6. Gather feedback from stakeholders using qualitative and quantitative methods including focus groups, surveys, and retrospective sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of experience with change management efforts.
• 1+ years of developing and executing change management initiatives.
• 1+ year of experience with communication and training efforts supporting change management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Change Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications, or related fields.
• Experience with Digital Transformation efforts and Generative AI tools is preferred.

The approximate pay range for this position is $71,000 - $101,000. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k matching, healthcare, and more. Final compensation varies based on experience, skills, and location. Learn more at Nestlé Careers.
