Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven performance in change management.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• Proficient with Google Suite (documents, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Sought-after strategic partner with broad influence.
• Experience using AI to streamline business tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of initiatives and ensure readiness workstreams are identified and executed.
• Assess risk across workstreams and drive mitigation, prioritization, and tradeoffs.
• Partner with product and communication teams to understand roadmaps.
• Coordinate development and delivery of UAT, training, help content, and SOPs.
• Validate readiness, oversee release, and evaluate performance for improvement.
• Seek opportunities to optimize change delivery speed and clarity.
• Mentor others on change management best practices.
• Translate insights into actions for readiness from inception to post-implementation.
