Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and delivery of UAT, training, help content, and SOPs.
• Validate readiness, oversee release, and evaluate performance for improvement.
• Seek opportunities to optimize change delivery speed and clarity.
• Mentor others on change management best practices.
• Translate insights into actions for readiness from inception to post-implementation.

Job description

Our client, a global financial technology company, seeks to hire a Project Manager for their Mountain View, CA, office on an immediate basis. This is slated to be a 9 to 12-month role. Pay rate is $70/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of initiatives and ensure appropriate readiness workstreams are identified, plans are developed and seamlessly executed, ensuring seamless adoption of changes and creating an excellent experience for experts amidst change
• Assess risk across workstreams and drive appropriate mitigation efforts, prioritization, and tradeoffs, resulting in on-time releases with high adoption and no/minimal defects
• Partner with product and communication teams to understand roadmaps and proactively communicate changes
• Coordinate development and delivery of expert UAT, training, help content, and SOPs
• Validate readiness, oversee release and evaluate how a change is performing, and where there may be opportunities for improvement
• Seek opportunities to continually optimize, including improving speed and clarity of how client delivers change and ensure planning and change practices are enduring and scalable
• Partner, educate, roadshow and mentor others on change management best practices
• Role model expert advocacy translates expert insights (quantitative and qualitative) into action for support readiness work from inception through post implementation

Skills:

• 3-5 years of proven performance in change management
