Our client, a leader in financial software, is hiring a Change Management/Program Manager to join their team in San Diego, CA!

This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays

As the Change Management/Program Manager, you will ensure smooth transitions, minimize disruption, and maximize the benefits of change across the organization for key Enterprise Security-related initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Data Lake PII Encryption: Develop a vision and case for change, stakeholder map and analysis, key personas, impact analysis, and initial plans for stakeholder alignment, care readiness, education, and communications.
• Security & Compliance Program Support: Assist with impact analysis, communication, and care readiness for security programs.
• Data Acceptable Use Policy Messaging: Develop effective strategies and messaging to reinforce the Data Acceptable Use Policy, address employee concerns regarding increased security measures, and partner with other teams to promote approved alternatives.
• Change Management Tools and Processes: Develop and implement tools and processes to accelerate change management activities and ensure a consistent change experience.
