HellermannTyton is seeking a Program Manager, Operations to lead change management initiatives across North America. This role will guide project managers and project admins to plan and execute projects while maintaining Quality and EMS certifications through adherence to corporate policies, procedures, work instructions, and required documentation.

• Lead change management activities across NA.
• Manage and monitor project status and communication through timelines, meetings, or other tools.
• Manage project roadmap and resourcing.
• Oversee pre-project development, business cases, and alignment with the business.
• Identify and manage project issues and gaps.
• Track and report on project status and outcomes.
• Identify, develop, and deploy best practices across NA.
• Support project management activities as needed.
