US Bureau of the Fiscal Service in Washington, DC is seeking a Change Management Practitioner and Analyst to lead, support, and execute change initiatives that shape transformation direction, implementation planning, and enterprise priorities.
The role focuses on change impact and readiness assessments, supports timely enterprise-wide change efforts, and provides advisory services to leadership to maximize employee engagement and minimize resistance.
This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Transformation and Innovation Services Division. As a Change Management Practitioner and Analyst, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, and executing change initiating efforts focused on developing transformation direction, implementation planning and execution, and advancing enterprise-level priorities.

The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
