Qualifications

• Healthcare system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead change strategy, planning, and execution for moderately complex initiatives.
• Partner with leaders and project teams to shape change approaches for large-scale transformations.
• Develop and implement change management plans: stakeholders, communications, learning, reinforcement, sustainment.
• Conduct impact assessments, readiness analyses, and adoption risk evaluations.
• Monitor adoption metrics and adjust plans to improve outcomes and sustainment.
