Formación

• / Masters not required but knowledge of improvement methodologies (Model for Improvement, PDSA, FMEA) is expected.
• / Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and meeting management skills.
• / Experience leading quality/improvement projects in healthcare preferred.
• / Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and propose actionable changes.
• / Lean, Six Sigma or similar training within one year of hire preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead system-wide quality and process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational performance.
• Mentor and guide Performance Improvement Specialists and project teams.
• Conduct needs analyses, identify improvement opportunities, and monitor outcomes with data visualization.
• Apply statistical tools and quality methods to design, test, and implement changes.
• Collaborate across departments, reporting on progress and sustaining improvements.
