Job summary

BayOne Solutions is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager for a 5+ month contract with extension in Sunnyvale, CA. The role involves executing change management plans, aligning senior stakeholders, and delivering comprehensive training and communications for GTS initiatives.

The ideal candidate has P2M, PLM, and DPC experience, with strong preference for CLO/CLO-SET or similar systems and 8–10+ years in senior change management roles.

Qualifications

• P2M experience with product to market strategies and implementations.
• PLM experience across product lifecycles.
• Strong preference for Digital Product Creation (DPC) experience, CLO/CLO-SET or similar systems.
• Senior-level Change Management practitioner with 8–10+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute change management plans including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement for GTS initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and executives to drive alignment and sponsorship across P2M initiatives.
• Design and deliver training materials, job aids, and workshops.

Pay Rate: $65/hr. to $70/hr. on W2

What You'll Do

• Execute Change Plans: Develop and implement project-specific change management plans, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement activities tailored to GTS initiatives.
• Senior Stakeholder & Executive Alignment: Partner closely with brand leaders, functional VPs, and technology partners to drive executive alignment, coalition building, active, visible sponsorship across P2M initiatives.
• Design & Deliver Training: Partner with subject matter experts to identify learning gaps and coordinate the development and delivery of training materials, job aids, and workshops.
