Required Skills & Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. 8+ years of successful program management experience.
3. Must have strong experience with Data: analytics, transformation & remediation projects.
4. Experience leading change management efforts and thriving in dynamic environments.
5. Comfortable communicating with senior leaders to understand expected outcomes and objectives and work with execution resources to devise programs to deliver on the objectives.
6. Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Proven leadership and team management skills to lead cross-functional teams.
8. Strong strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
9. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement expertise.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Will set up new programs requiring execution, execute associated programs, and lead resources to support their execution.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for key initiatives, including program metrics, data concern remediation, and data book of work.
3. Develop program plans with clear objectives, timelines, and resource requirements, establishing governance structures, communication channels, and reporting mechanisms.
4. Drive program execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards, and leverage PowerPoint to communicate progress and achievements.
5. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track performance and address issues.
6. Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, manage expectations, and lead change management efforts for smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or systems.
