Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior Change Management Leader to direct organizational change initiatives across complex transformations. You will work with client executives to shape plans, navigate resistance, and drive adoption of new processes and technologies.

The role requires guiding and developing cross-functional teams to deliver impact at scale. Applicants must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and have 8+ years of experience in large-scale change programs, with a track record of influencing

Qualifications

• Active and maintained TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Minimum 8 years leading organizational change management or transformation programs.
• Experience influencing senior executives and aligning diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the delivery of organizational change management engagements, developing strategies that drive stakeholder alignment, user adoption, and sustained business outcomes.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client executives and program leaders, facilitating discussions, navigating resistance, and guiding leadership through periods of significant change.
• Design and implement integrated change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness assessments, adoption measurement, and reinforcement planning.
• Manage and develop consulting teams by coaching, mentorship, quality oversight, and career development, fostering collaboration and client service excellence.
