Job summary

Moody's Investors Service invites applications for a 10-week summer internship within the Change Management team of People Solutions. The program runs June 7th–August 13th, 2027, in the United States.

You will gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise-wide Workday deployment, helping employees adopt new processes and tools. As an intern, you’ll develop change communications, training resources, and engagement strategies, while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in HR, business, or related field.
• Interest in organizational change management and HR technology.
• Curiosity about AI in change management and responsible use.

Responsibilities

• Support change communications and create engaging materials for Workday transformation.
• Develop training materials and guidance for employees and managers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across People and Workday programs.
• Coordinate Change Management activities, track milestones, and gather feedback.
• Contribute to team problem solving and practical change-management experiences.
