Job description

Our client, a prestigious Houston healthcare organization, is seeking a contractor for a Change Management/Consultant position. This position is a remote opportunity that may require occasional onsite meetings.

Position Summary:

• Create and implement change management plans using Prosci change management methodology or other frameworks in order to support the organization’s integration.
• Develop outlined documentation regarding integration changes as they relate to processes, systems, and resources while collaborating with experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to understand implications and resistance of integration in order to foster alignment, clarity, and employee buy-in.
• Provide clear, engaging, audience-specific communication to raise awareness of integration and ensure alignment with the organization.
• Provide instructional design support while assisting with LMS activities such as uploads, updates, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in change management or communications in large-scale integration or healthcare environment.
• Certification in Prosci Change Management Methodology is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office required, experience with Oracle HCM, Articulate tools, and LMS platforms preferred.
