Job Title: Program Manager II – Change Management Consultant
Location: 100% Remote – work from anywhere in the U.S.
Duration: 12 Months
Join a People Strategy & Experience team as a Program Manager II (Change Management) supporting high-impact transformation initiatives within People Operations. You'll help drive improvements in processes and tools that support a global workforce. This role reports to the Change Management leadership team and contributes to a lot of ongoing projects.
As a Change Management Consultant, you will lead the design and execution of change strategies aimed at promoting adoption and ensuring the successful implementation of enterprise-level programs. You will work cross-functionally with HR, legal, operations, and program teams to align change efforts with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
Must-Have Skills:
Change management strategy and execution
Communication planning across teams and functions
Stakeholder analysis and engagement
Contribute to the adoption of new systems, tools, and processes
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience supporting technology, systems, or product change initiatives
Familiarity with collaborative tools or visual whiteboarding platforms
Strong analytical skills for change impact assessments
Background in learning or training design
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct change readiness assessments and stakeholder impact evaluations.
Create and execute change management strategies using industry-recognized frameworks.
Develop and implement plans for communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and resistance management.
Collaborate with internal partners to align project goals with change initiatives.
Deliver clear and actionable messages and training through various communication channels.
Track success metrics and monitor progress to ensure initiatives meet desired outcomes.
Manage day-to-day tasks and deliverables across multiple concurrent change initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree.
3–5+ years of experience leading change management and communication initiatives.
Practical experience applying structured change frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR or relate Frameworks)
Demonstrated experience managing multiple enterprise-scale initiatives.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
