Bridge Partners is seeking a Change Management Architect to support enterprise clients in implementing organizational change around M365 Copilot and AI-enabled processes. The role emphasizes strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and executive partnership in a fully remote, national setting.

The candidate will guide adoption, manage risk, and develop roadmaps with consulting teams, while aligning with client objectives and delivery standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in organizational change management.
• Experience overseeing or coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams, programs, or client engagements.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with M365 Copilot, agentic AI, or related AI-enabled business transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with executives and translate strategy into practical plans.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Experience scoping and proposing change management initiatives with clear objectives and deliverables.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving environments with evolving client needs.

Your role as the Change Management Architect

As the Change Management Architect with Bridge Partners, you will work directly with the professional services division at one of our large technology industry clients to oversee and support organizational change initiatives across multiple enterprise customers. These initiatives may include the implementation and adoption of M365 Copilot, agentic AI solutions, and related changes to business processes, roles, governance, and IT operations.

How You'll Contribute

• Design and implement change management strategies that drive employee adoption, minimize resistance, ensure operational readiness and responsible information use, and maximize the value of investments in M365 Copilot and agentic AI.
• Help organizations understand and prepare for the distinct implications of agentic AI—including AI systems that can plan, make decisions, take actions, and orchestrate work with varying degrees of human oversight.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to lead the development and execution of plans that effectively manage and communicate these changes across multiple, simultaneous customer engagements.
• Provide delivery oversight across a portfolio of change initiatives, ensuring that work is aligned to client objectives, delivery standards, timelines, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
• Work directly with executives, business leaders, and technical decision-makers to understand business needs, assess organizational readiness, scope projects, and develop roadmaps that consulting teams can deliver against.
• Support pre‑sales and account development activities, including discovery, client presentations, solution shaping, estimation, proposal development, and the definition of appropriate delivery approaches.
• Bring a deep understanding of change management best practices and methodologies and use this expertise to assess the impact of proposed changes across people, processes, technology, roles, governance, and culture.
• Develop practical approaches for stakeholder alignment, communications, training, role‑based enablement, manager activation, adoption measurement, and sustained reinforcement.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions associated with the changes, while tracking and reporting on progress against the change plan and communicating implications to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute reusable methods, tools, accelerators, and points of view that strengthen Bridge Partners’ change management and AI transformation offerings.

Your Skills and Approach

• 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, with a proven track record of leading successful enterprise change initiatives.
• Experience overseeing or coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams, programs, or client engagements.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience or training with M365 Copilot, agentic AI, or related AI‑enabled business transformation—and the organizational, operational, governance, and adoption practices required for successful implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with executives while also translating strategy into practical plans for delivery teams, managers, and end users.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Experience scoping and proposing change management initiatives, including translating ambiguous client needs into clear objectives, workplans, deliverables, and estimates.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑moving environment with competing priorities, incomplete information, and evolving client needs.

The salary range for this role is $130,000-$160,000/year. Actual salary will be determined based on relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate. The salary listed here is specific to this opening only.
