Responsibilities

• Lead or support customer reviews, program management reviews, IPT meetings, and monthly financial reporting.
• Maintain program documentation and prepare status updates and presentations for customers and leadership.
• Identify, escalate, and manage program risks and opportunities.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Assignment

Full-time, 12-month contract; potential contract-to-hire based on business needs

Pay

$65.00 - $68.00/hour

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support an aircraft interiors team in Everett. In this role, you will help manage programs from development and qualification testing through production, certified product delivery, and entry into service for airline customers.

We’re looking for someone who can bring engineering, production, operations, supply chain, and customer teams together while keeping financial, technical, and schedule commitments on track.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate cross-functional integrated product teams and drive program priorities, decisions, and issue resolution.
• Track schedule, financial, technical, and delivery performance against contractual commitments.
• Work closely with production, operations, and supply chain teams to meet customer delivery schedules.
• Lead or support customer reviews, program management reviews, IPT meetings, and monthly financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 8 years of relevant experience in program management, project management, engineering, or a related area.
• Program or project management experience involving cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage competing technical, financial, schedule, and customer priorities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. Person status as required for this assignment.

Preferred

Aerospace hardware or aircraft interiors program experience; development-to-production transitions; people leadership; financial analysis tools; EVM; risk and opportunity management; Microsoft Office and MS Project; experience leading OEM development programs at an OEM supplier.

Pay Details

$65.00 to $68.00 per hour
