Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience (program or project management).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with internal functional organizations across IPTs.
• Support the daily program cadence, including schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT reviews, PMRs, and decision reviews.
• Monitor financial, technical, and schedule performance to ensure commitments are met.
• Coordinate with production teams to establish priorities and address challenges.
• Prepare, revise, and monitor program documentation per contract requirements.
• Guide program leads in risk and opportunity management.
• Lead or participate in monthly financial reporting.
• Coordinate customer program reviews and prepare teams for visits.
• Develop clear presentations to strengthen customer confidence.
