About the role
For this position, we are specifically seeking a candidate with experience in the treatment or study of Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). Candidates must have experience in the provision of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for ARFID. Experience in Pediatric Feeding Disorder (PFD), Family-Based Treatment for ARFID, or other relevant treatments is also desired.
The Sr Program Development Lead will be a member of the Clinical Programs’ Program Development team. The role will focus on the design, development, evaluation, and implementation of clinical services, protocols, resources, and educational materials at Equip. The Sr Program Development Lead will work under the supervision of a Director of Program Development to lead small, cross functional teams in the development of new clinical protocols and services. This role will also serve as a project manager, contributor, and subject matter expert for other cross-functional teams and program development initiatives. A Sr Program Development Lead has subject matter expertise in areas broadly related to eating disorders and behavioral healthcare, psychology, health technology, and protocol/program development. The ideal candidate has prior experience working as part of a collaborative team, is organized, proactive, and has a strong, demonstrated track record of productivity.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, evaluate, and implement ideas for new clinical interventions, support programs, care guidelines, resources, or education materials.
Prepare strategic development plans for new program development projects.
Create/produce content for new clinical interventions, support programs, care guidelines, resources, or education materials.
Assist with dissemination/training of new clinical interventions, support programs, care guidelines, resources, or education materials to provider teams.
Lead small, cross-functional project teams as assigned.
Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborator on larger cross functional teams.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate status updates and outcomes of program development projects to larger teams and stakeholders.
Conduct administrative tasks to support the development or implementation of clinical interventions, services, support programs, or care guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum of a PhD in psychology or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in the treatment of ARFID as a clinician or researcher.
Demonstrated understanding of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for ARFID and other treatments for ARFID.
Demonstrated prior experience developing clinical protocols, products, or services.
Exceptional communication skills.
Excellent project management skills.
Proven ability to use Powerpoint or Google Slides.
Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, subject to rapid change and innovation.
