Priority Commerce invites a Change Management Governance Analyst in Alpharetta, GA. You will enforce enterprise change policies, collaborate with Infra, Apps, Cloud, and Engineering to strengthen governance and audit readiness.

The role emphasizes monitoring production changes, documenting breaches, and generating KPI dashboards to drive accountability and risk reduction. A strong background in IT governance and JO%X controls is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production-impacting changes to ensure adherence to internal change policy, SOX controls, and PCI requirements.
• Document policy breaches including unauthorized changes, missing RFCs, approvals, risk classification, testing evidence, and post-approval modifications.
• Perform structured compliance reviews within Jira Service Management (JSM) to detect changes made outside approved workflows.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation to support audits and PCI/SOX reviews.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports tracking KPIs like Change Success Rate and Unauthorized Change Rate.
