Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate communications, event facilitation, or change management within a global financial institution.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Viva Engage, including managing digital content channels.
• Experience delivering end-to-end support for hybrid events (in person, virtual, and hybrid).
• Excellent cross-border collaboration and stakeholder-management skills across a matrixed organization.

• Adapt and deliver the Change and Communications Roadmap for the Regulatory, Risk and Control subdivision.
• Develop and deliver a communications strategy with leadership to support global goals.
• Prepare announcements, briefings, town halls, and staff-engagement materials for senior leadership.
• Drive participation in regional and company-wide signature events and town halls.
• Maintain SharePoint presence, moderate Viva Engage channels, coordinate external LinkedIn content, and apply the TD&I visual identity across communications.
• Coordinate agendas and hosting for global town halls and executive roundtables; support Americas signature events when required.

Overview

As a Change Enablement Partner, you will deliver day-to-day internal and executive communications and support ongoing staff engagement for Deutsche Bank's Technology, Data and Innovation Regulatory, Risk and Control subdivision. Working under the oversight of the senior Change Enablement Lead, you will help execute the integrated Change and Communications Roadmap globally for the Risk subdivision. You will align colleagues with central messaging, manage divisional digital channels, and encourage global participation in Technology, Data and Innovation signature initiatives. You will also support the broader Americas communications team with regional signature events when required.

What You'll Do

• Adapt and deliver the integrated Change and Communications Roadmap for the Regulatory, Risk and Control subdivision, aligning annual priorities with central Technology, Data and Innovation messaging and people-engagement objective
• Develop and deliver a subdivision communications strategy with Regulatory, Risk and Control leadership, and provide targeted communications advice to senior leaders supporting global organizational goals
• Prepare announcements, briefings, town halls, and staff-engagement materials for senior leadership, while maintaining quality control for wider leadership communications
• Drive global participation in regional and Technology, Data and Innovation-wide signature events and town halls, helping colleagues stay informed and connected
• Maintain the Regulatory, Risk and Control SharePoint presence, moderate Viva Engage channels, coordinate external LinkedIn content with Group Communications, and apply the Technology, Data and Innovation visual identity across communications
• Coordinate agendas and technical hosting for global town halls and executive roundtables, and provide hands‑on support for Americas signature events, including Bank on Tech and Hackathon activities, when required

Skills You'll Need

• Proven experience in corporate communications, event facilitation, or change management, preferably supporting Risk or Technology functions within a global financial institution
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Viva Engage, with experience managing digital content channels and communications pipelines
• Proven ability to provide end-to-end support for physical, virtual, and hybrid events, including agenda coordination and technical hosting
• Strong cross-border collaboration and stakeholder‑management experience within a global, highly matrixed organization, including support for senior executives up to MB‑1 level
• Demonstrated ability to understand strategic objectives and translate them into clear, compelling, and contextually relevant communications
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $85,000 to $129,500.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
