Advantage Technical in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Change Control Analyst to support vehicle development and manufacturing programs by managing engineering change requests, driving approvals, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

This hybrid role requires collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and finance teams, use of WERS and Teamcenter, and strong Excel skills to generate reports and track change activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field preferred.
• Experience with engineering change management, release management, or production release activities.
• Working knowledge of WERS, Teamcenter, and engineering documentation systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, sorting, and filtering.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track engineering change requests from initiation through production release.
• Facilitate change control meetings and communicate updates with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and program teams.
• Review and validate change documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Support approval workflows and ensure timely release of engineering changes.
• Monitor change activity, identify bottlenecks, and elevate issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and program status metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure changes meet timing, cost, and quality objectives.
• Generate reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.

Change Control Analyst

Location: Dearborn, MI

Pay: $42.31+/hour

Schedule: Hybrid (4 days per week onsite)

Are you experienced in engineering change management, production releases, and cross-functional project coordination? We are seeking a Change Control Analyst to support vehicle development and manufacturing programs by managing engineering change requests, driving approvals, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track engineering change requests from initiation through production release
• Facilitate change control meetings and communicate updates with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and program teams
