Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Change Management Analyst for an aerospace manufacturer in the Grand Rapids, MI area. This is an onsite contract position paying $50 to $65 per hour, depending on education and experience.

The role involves aiding project execution through metrics, lean initiatives, and tool development. Proficiency with DOORS, Rally, Spotfire, Confluence, and Jira is required, along with advanced Excel skills and Earned Value methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline required.
• 5–10 years of industry experience required.
• Experience with regulatory engineering development processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist tech leads and EPMs with project execution by gathering critical project metrics.

• Support 3rd party resource management for sections and managers.
• Act as point of contact for access to tools (RTC, Box, DOORS, Rally, Spotfire, Confluence, Jira).

Akkodis is recruiting for a Change Management Analyst for an aerospace manufacturer in the Grand Rapids, MI area. This is an onsite contract position with a pay rate of $50 an hour to $65 an hour, depending on education and experience.

• Assist the tech leads and Engineering Project Managers (EPMs) with project execution by gathering critical project metrics and assist with lean initiatives
• Assist the engineering team with task execution and help with engineering tools
• Assist section and technical managers with 3rd party resource management
• Point of contact for providing access to tools (RTC, Box, DOORS, Rally, Spotfire, Confluence, Jira)
• Develop, implement, and maintain tools/metrics that help engineers
• Provide CNMS leadership with inputs to help make strategic decisions on individual projects and products.
• Experience with MS Office tools to generate project deliverable plan lines (burn-up/burn-down charts), Metrics slides.
• Familiarity with Regulated Engineering Development Process
• Advanced Excel Skills using Pivot Tables, Filters, Charts, Tables and Macros
• Developing, presenting and tracking KPIs
• Experience with DOORS and Version Control tools
• Experience with change management and config management process/tools
• Familiarity with creating schedule and network diagrams
• Familiarity with Earned Value and Activity Based Management methods
• Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 5-10 years experience in the industry.
