Job summary

Sopra Steria is seeking a Communication & Change Management Leader to define and implement strategies for successful adoption of new digital solutions. You will ensure end-user engagement, smooth transition from legacy tools, and effective communication across the transformation journey.

Responsibilities include designing communication plans, identifying stakeholders, and coordinating training and deployment. Fluent English is required, French is a plus, and PROSCI certification is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement within transformation projects.
• Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Change, or related field.
• Certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive communication plans for digital initiatives.
• Identify impacted personas and stakeholders to tailor messaging.
• Define and implement training plans to support adoption.
• Coordinate the decommissioning of legacy tools and deployment of new solutions.
• Maintain Organizational Change Management (OCM) tools and reporting dashboards.
