The position supports a hybrid work model; onsite collaboration is common, with flexibility based on role and business needs. A Bachelor's degree and data analysis experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business administration or related field.
• At least one year of experience in data analysis, reporting, and collection.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic understanding of data structures and query tools.
• Ability to interpret and communicate data and trends back to the business.
• Proficiency in SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop, collect, analyze, and report key people data to support change decisions.
• Create regular and ad hoc dashboards for the change management team and stakeholders.
• Serve as SharePoint subject matter advisor and maintain Change Management sites.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and communication events.
