Xcel Energy, a leading energy provider, is hiring a Change Management Analyst to develop, collect, and report key people data for enterprise-level change decisions. You will build dashboards and serve as a SharePoint SME, supporting stakeholder engagement and adoption metrics in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in analytics or related field, with at least one year of data analysis experience, and proficiency in Office apps and SharePoint.

• At least one year of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic understanding of data structures and query tools.
• Ability to interpret and communicate data and trends back to the business.
• Proficiency in SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and validation of stakeholder assessments, stakeholder segmentation, and change management personas in partnership with business stakeholders and Change Management Consultants.
• Assist in conducting change impact analyses to identify organizational, process, technology, and role impacts and support mitigation planning.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze change management dashboards, reporting, surveys, and adoption metrics to provide actionable insights for project and business leaders.
• Coordinate and support stakeholder engagement activities, including communications, training events, roadshows, change networks, community of practice meetings, and SharePoint or program collaboration sites.

Change Management Analyst Position Summary:

Develop, collect, analyze, and report key people data to Xcel Energy Change Management team and stakeholders to assist in making key change decisions and understand the impacts of change at the enterprise level. Develop and produce regular and ad hoc dashboards in digestible formats for change team and stakeholders. Serve as SharePoint subject matter advisor in modifying and updating the Xcel Energy Change Management sites.

Essential Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least one year of experience in data analysis, reporting, and collection.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic understanding of data structures and query tools.
• Ability to interpret and communicate data and trends back to the business.
• Proficiency in SharePoint.

Non-Bargaining The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $58,700.00 to $79,767.00 per year
