Qualifications

• Fluent English required; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced food & beverage venues preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification or food service permit may be required by local/state agency.
• Reading, writing, and basic math skills used for orders and payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage and food orders promptly and professionally.
• Serve cocktails and/or menu items; upsell when taking orders.
• Maintain energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.
• Provide outstanding service with a smile to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly with guests, coworkers, and kitchen staff; use POS system.
• Know concept products and menu items to guide guest experience and upsell.
• Check IDs to ensure minimum age for alcohol; monitor consumption and stop service as needed.
• Complete side work; account for sales and payments accurately.
• Report safety or service issues to management; support cross-department coordination.
