Healthy Birth Day, Inc. in the Des Moines, Iowa metropolitan area is seeking a Champions Program Administrator to oversee development, integration, and evaluation of partnerships and programs.

You will coordinate agreements, manage training programs, analyze product utilization and patient outcomes, and support program monetization with leadership, funders, and external partners. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of nonprofit program management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Nonprofit Management, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in program administration, clinical partnerships, or nonprofit program management.

Responsibilities

• Advance revenue generation by recruiting, securing and managing partnership agreements with new and existing clinical and non-clinical partners of our Count the Kicks Champions program.
• Manage training programs for clinical and non-clinical settings using Count the Kicks resources, including hosting virtual and in-person training events.
• Collaborate and strategize with our Advancement, Impact and Operations teams, working as a team to deliver a high quality program to customers.
• Use software tools to streamline partnership processes and deliverables.
• Manage internal budgets of the Champions program not exceeding expenses, while helping meet or exceed income goals.
