Job summary

Healthy Birth Day, Inc. seeks a Champions Program Administrator to oversee the Count the Kicks Champions program.

You will manage partnerships, coordinate training events, analyze data on product utilization and patient outcomes, and communicate progress to leadership and funders. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years' program management experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Nonprofit Management, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, integration, and evaluation of clinical and non-clinical partnerships and programs.
• Coordinate partnership agreements and manage training programs within Count the Kicks Champions program.
• Analyze product utilization and patient outcomes to support program development and monetization opportunities.
• Track program metrics and collect success stories for leadership, funders, and external partners.
• Collaborate with Advancement, Impact and Operations teams to deliver a high-quality program to customers.
