Job summary

Solairus Aviation, Inc. in California seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance on assigned aircraft, ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards and company policies.

You will manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and budgeting, supervising technicians and coordinating with AMOs and FAA. Candidates must hold an A&P certificate, have 10 years of corporate aircraft maintenance experience, and be ready to relocate within an hour of KSMF.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid A&P certificate.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in corporate aircraft maintenance operations.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the CFRs and aircraft maintenance standards.
• Be a highly motivated individual committed to safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance activities of assigned aircraft, ensuring compliance with FAA regs and company policies.
• Coordinate maintenance training with DOM/CAM.
• Develop budgets for maintenance expenses including parts, labor, tooling, and facilities.
• Supervise expenditures related to aircraft maintenance and ensure airworthiness.
