Job summary

Solairus Aviation, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance activities for assigned aircraft and ensure compliance with airworthiness standards. You will manage maintenance planning, budgeting, and records, reporting to the Director of Maintenance and CAM.

Requires an A&P Certificate with extensive corporate aircraft experience, strong CFR knowledge, and leadership skills to drive safety and operational excellence at Solairus bases near KSJC.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid A&P Certificate.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Corporate Aircraft Maintenance Operations.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the CFRs and aircraft maintenance standards.
• Proficient with planning, implementation, and direction of maintenance programs and control systems.
• Be a highly motivated individual committed to Safety, Regulatory Compliance, and Operational Excellence.
• Remains fit for duty and abstain from drug and alcohol abuse.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities of assigned aircraft, ensuring compliance with FARs and company policies.
• Coordinate maintenance training with the DOM and CAM.
• Develop budgets for maintenance, parts, labor, tooling, and facilities.
• Supervise expenditures related to maintenance and aircraft readiness.
• Maintain complete records of inspections, repairs, and component changes.
