Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 3,000 hours of total time.
• Pilot Certificate.
• FCC Permit.
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Valid US Passport (not expired).
• Current type rating in our fleet.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to growth.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate aircraft in ground and in-flight phases as Captain.
• Mentor First Officers and liaise with Chief Pilot and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, Thrive GOM, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with crew, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Respond to schedule changes and maintain outstanding customer service.
