Responsibilities

• Oversee Osprey Cliff and Challenge Course, Zipline, Sky Park, and climbing wall operations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate programs with experiential learning and team-building goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate part-time staff.
• Ensure certifications are maintained and safety procedures are followed.
• Manage reservations, budgeting, and program records for assessment and planning.
