Equiti seeks qualified Chaldean Video Medical Interpreters to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. You will facilitate accurate, culturally competent communication between healthcare providers and LEP patients using video remote interpretation (VRI) tools.

You will maintain HIPAA compliance, adjust language registers, and support hospitals and clinics nationwide with both medical and educational context.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of remote medical interpreting experience.
• 40+ hours of interpreter training (e.g., Bridging the Gap or equivalent).
• Medical interpretation certification preferred.

You will serve as a professional conduit for information and, when appropriate, a cultural broker to ensure full understanding.
