Qualifikationen

• Previous lift operations or outdoor recreation experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Operate chairlifts and surface lifts safely and efficiently.
• Greet guests professionally and assist with loading/unloading.
• Monitor lift areas for hazards and maintain ramps.
• Report issues to the Lift Operations Supervisor.
• Maintain lift shacks and surrounding areas.
• Monitor weather and snow conditions affecting operations.
• Coordinate with other staff for safety and guest service.
• Assist with crowd control and line management.
• Uphold resort safety standards and policies.
• Provide guests with resort information.
