Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess basic reading and writing skills and have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate chair lift and help guests getting on/off the lift.
• Monitor the operation of the lift continually and report problems.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and complete lift logs.
• Maintain lift area and inspect for safety hazards and appearance.
• Keep skier traffic flowing and position gate corrals for order.
• Greet customers at base and monitor RFID passes.
• Assist with training of new employees.
• Answer questions about the resort and ski conditions.
• Follow all safety guidelines as instructed.
