Job description

The Chain Account Sales Rep Executive is part of the Chain Accounts team, working within a designated region. The position is accountable for delivering business results by expanding Krispy Krunchy Chicken into new customers and growing existing business within regional chain accounts through strategic selling, responsive problem solving, and developing new/maintaining relationships with high level customer decision makers.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and selling Krispy Krunchy foodservice solution to expand regional chain customer base.
  • Collaboratively delivering growth targets and the profitable expansion of the Krispy Krunchy Foods within existing regional chain customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and provide thought leadership on industry/category dynamics and execution.
  • Developing and selling-in customer plans to achieve volume and profit objectives.
  • Diving into performance analysis and owning the implementation of strategies within existing and targeted new accounts.

Education and Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Three+ years of experience in Sales and key account management in consumer or direct store delivery industries.
  • Three+ years of prospecting and adding new business through customer acquisition within chain or large customers.
  • Expert level proficiency in Excel,
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, Salesforce or similar platforms

  • Remain calm under pressure and act in an ethical manner at all times.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Gmail & Internet applications

Location Requirement: Candidate will work full time out of his/her home and travel up to 50% travel.
