Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years in general manager or kitchen manager role in cafe/restaurants.
• Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen display systems.
• Experience in coffee operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring quality control and inventory management.
• Lead hiring, training, and scheduling of front- and back-of-house staff.
• Ensure consistent customer experiences through staffing and recipe execution.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety protocols, and appearance of the establishment.
• Collaborate with leadership on menu development and cost controls.
• Address employee and customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
• Prepare operational reports and drive improvements aligned with mission.
• Represent Chaipolitan's mission and values consistently.
