Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be enrolled in an advanced degree program if graduating before May 2027.
• Must be available for full-time, 40 hours per week January–July 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support CMC project planning, coordination, and tracking across active projects and workstreams.
• Maintain project-management tools and documentation, including schedules, risk registers, project charters, deliverables trackers, meeting agendas, and action logs.
• Organize project information, prepare status updates, and help track milestones, dependencies, risks, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate meeting logistics and support cross-functional communication among CMC, Regulatory, Quality, Device/Human Factors, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives, such as standardizing Smartsheet templates, enhancing regulatory deliverables trackers, or assessing AI-enabled project-management tools.
• Assist with defined project assignments, potentially including Pediatric Human Factors study/device workstream.
